A perfect place for men's manicure. Done by professional Japanese. No those typical nail store smell. Glad they use OPI treatment products and Japanese stuff, instead of cheap lotions which would not really provide any nutrition to my hands. Love the amazing result! Also love the big TV!

Very professional, quick, and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try lash extensions :) Also didn't feel rushed at all and spent time to really inform me about their product. Great experience!
Horrible service. Please don’t go to this shop. If you had bought Groupon vouchers then contact Groupon for refund I had booked via their online booking system for eyelash extensions service today at 10am. I received confirmation email confirmed my booking. I arrived 9:50 the shop was closed . I waited until 10:05 then called their mobile number was given on my confirmation email. No answered . I was continue calling and waiting in front of the shop until 10:30 then I started chat on their website but no reply. I contacted Groupon and reported Soon after, another customer approached me as she also had a booking with them at 12:00.
The girl was very helpful and thorough. She did a beautiful job on my lashes. I would recommend Palais Beauty.

Got my eyelashes done using groupon voucher 59 for fullset but the end product looked like ive been punch in the eye so many times that 50% of the eyelashes have gone to different directions and fallen off. I complained and told them to fix it up and she said no because "other people dont complain and always like it". Honey, no. Ive been to many eyelash extension places and they have done a better job for a fraction of the price. The girls lack skills and my eyes were teary af cos the glue went inside my eyes. Both ladies were not apologetic and pretty much just said sorry were not fixing it theres nothing else they can do. The other lady even said "shes Japanese thats why theres misunderstanding" referring to the lady that did my eyelashes. Lol wut. Ok then. Do not go here people!

Horrible service don't bother booking didn't show up for my appointment cancelled my original with less than 3 hours notice and then told me to come at 7.30 on a Friday night arrived at 7.20 to a sign saying 'back in 20 mins' waited until 8pm no one came, don't answer the phone and I still have no explanation to why they didn't show up and have heard nothing back since still waiting on my Groupon refund
