Had a towbar from Hayman Reese fitted to my new Touareg by TJM Pakenham. Was a bit nervous as it was the first one they had done on this model. Very, very happy with the result. Installation included 2 Anderson plugs and job is very neat and professional. Took a whole day to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn't be happier.

I found the manager Terry great to talk with and very knowledgeable, genuine and helpful in relation to tow bars I think that you should definitely call this place if you are considering a tow bar and you might find like me that their knowledgeableness and helpfulness is fantastic

Brought bullbar, winch, side steps and roof rack from TJM Pakenham, have to say they provided awesome service and a pleasure to deal with. Although travelled for more than an hour to get to these guys, it's well worth it. If you're looking for someone that's honest and will take care of your pride and joy as much as you do, then I'll highly recommend these guys for their service, knowledge and care of installation.
