I am only new to the area and had a bad experience at News and Lotto this morning, the person serving was very rude, the person asked me to check my ticket at the counter prior to handing it over to him when i stated that the ticket is a winner, he became instantly upset with my responce, the issue I have is that last week he accepted my winning ticket without been asked to counter check a winning ticket and I purchased new tickets. but this week his attitude was very poor. The discussions did no go well and i asked for my prize to be paid in cash and a winning scratch ticket payed in cash as i did not want to purchase my lotto from him. The agent only opens at certain times and the shop smells of cigarette smoke. In these hard times every other lotto agents in pakenham are open and provide good customer service. This posting is more about the agents attitude.
