I'd like to say the service from all the staff at Pakenham mazda, clough automotive were absolutely polite, understanding and only there to help you as a customer. They offered more drinks and food to keep you happy through out our visit and gave my young lad a balloon. To allow a test drive home and back was the icing on the cake for us, I was chuffed. Id highly recommend going here if you need a new mazda. Brad, lorri, Oliver, jess and antony were just amazing. Family business with family values and successful, not pushy and straightforward and honest. Thank you. Edit** 1/2 The 2nd time round and the team delivered us a second car! It’s an amazing piece of machinery! Service dept were fantastic when we took our cx9 in. In and out within an hour and washed and vacuumed too!! These guys are the best. Thank you.

No service when visiting today. All cars on the lot were locked and no sales people around so unable to make our final decision. We left and purchased a new car elsewhere immediately after (lots of other dealers around!). Missed out on 40k deal due to not being bothered to unlock your vehicles.

This is the reason I will continue to only buy a car from Mazda Pakenham. Their service is above and beyond. This is my second car from Mazda Pakenham. My brand new CX5 collided with a kangaroo... devastated all round... 6 weeks to get it repaired from RACV and panel repair... 2 days after getting it back .. driving in pouring rain on way to work and all the electronics shut down.. flashing warnings lit up the car dash...no wipers.... 7.30 am luckily close by so drive into Pakenham Mazda. Dillon and David at reception. They were so concerned and caring, not really their issue as it was the repairers fault... but Dillon liaised with RACV... organised a car so I could go to work then the next day had it all sorted. Will never go anywhere else. Just like what true friends do.. look after each other. Every service they are there and do professional and kind. Can someone in charge please thank these guys.I have. Reputation is everything and this place has it in spades.

Had to be towed late on a Friday by RACV- apologised profusely no loan cars available. Middle of lockdown, but call 10am Monday - all fixed! Such thoughtful and professional service- you feel a valued customer.
