I have used Home Inspections A Better Peace Of Mind for four inspections and I wouldn't use anyone else. Their reports are very thorough and I trust them completely when house hunting. If you want to feel reassured when making an offer on a property or want to be aware of any repairs or maintenance required than give these guys a call! Our termite problem needed to be dealt with quickly before our house was on the market, Naarah in reception made things happen for us, as an ex tradesmen, this company hits well above 5 stars, they did exactly what they said, they arrived on time, I was kept informed along the whole process and now we are termite free. We will use this company to maintain our factory. Highly recommended and thankyou
I have used them twice before and each time I was able to negotiate a better price off the contract price with what they found, between 4,500 - 12,000 each time.. They are very pedantic and the reports are excellent. Easy to deal with also, nothing is a hassle. Highly recommend them and I am about to use them a third time.

We have used them previously to spray our rental for pests, they were incredible so naturally when our family purchased our first home and required a pre purchase inspection they were our first point of call !
