Joining the academy has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. My fitness has improved dramatically, confidence is up, and the level of fun makes it the highlight of most of my days. Everyone is extremely welcoming and patient with new joiners, which really eased the process of beginning a new martial art. From day one, I was greeted by name, shown step by step how to perform the techniques and only saw smiles around the class. The coaching staff, and fellow students have all been supportive, and the environment is nothing but encouraging. For anyone considering BJJ, I'd highly recommend the trial class. The team was great in helping to find a membership tier that aligned to how often I was hoping to train, and there's no pressure in committing if it isn't for you.

Do yourself a favor, book here now. I've trained here for 18 months, under coach Jhunior and coach Joao. I'm always greeted with a smile and handshake. This is a clean, well-managed, welcoming gym, led by coaches with authentic BJJ lineage, and authentic teaching methods. The people who train here are not macho, they don't have a big ego. High or low belt, everyone is treated with respect and safety, on and off the mat. Whole families train here, parents and kids. You should train here, too.

I rarely recommend anything these days, as the world seems to be too busy or some Places really don’t have the time for beginners ... but, I recommend Gracie Elite... best coaches in the world!!!! Come down and just watch?!? One of the best thing I ever did...
