Pooja Singh is wrong. I was in the shop at the time.. you were so rude.. i can't believe they didn't throw you out.. i even watched you as you jammed the painting into your car because it didn't fit. And now you claim they were the ones that ruined your painting. I personally thought they handled you and your attitude really well. You got mad because you demanded a discount and they denied you. If you had been polite I am positive they would have helped out. I was shocked to see you'd left a bad review.. all because you were rude. Shame. Ruining small businesses because you didn't get what you wanted is not on.

Be aware - Its the most worst customer service i ever had, i order a frame for my art work and requested him to do any discount if he can as i compared price with other provider, he did half of job and scratched my artwork and left in between and refused to do the job because he do not like to hear the discount word,,, very bad listener, I requested him several time but he was too arrogant to finish the job... the prices are more than other and they don’t know how to talk with clients....... My artwork is damaged and i have lost my 300 arwork because of this guy attitude...
