Best Chemist I have found. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Even during the difficult times with C19 when all pharmacies were struggling with stock, they were helpful and informative in relation to when stock was expected or calling other pharmacies for availability. Our family requires specialist medication not ordinarily in stock, but they always ensure there is some available, if not, no more than 24 hours away. Highly recommended for anyone needing quality, comprehensive service.

The owner is great, friendly, helpful, full of good advice. Wheelchair accessible, and carousels out the front and side for easy access, and specific disabled car spots available. All the staff appear genuinely interested in customer's well-being. Also is open til 8pm which makes it even better, easier to get around to picking prescriptions up

Was forced to pay to get something certified (and no it was not a donation ,was forced to pay by card ) and yes I have been going there for years . Very disappointed , I really liked actually going there

Tim is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this pharmacy, prices are low but the quality of the pharmacists does not reflect this (unlike Chemist Warehouse!). Thank you Tim!

WORST CHEMIST AROUND! Always out of stock on medication then you have to wait a further 24-48hrs to begin any medical treatments prescribed by doctors...this isn’t a 1 off thing either, almost EVERY time I come here they don’t have in stock what I need for myself or my young children. My almost 4yr old can’t start her antibiotics until after lunch time tomorrow because they don’t have basic Amoxil in stock! Everyone should avoid this chemist and shop around for another one that actually stocks the medication people need. I have NEVER seen a chemist be out of stock of things as much as this one is, maybe if they actually ordered the stuff and had it on hand for people to buy it wouldn’t be an issue instead of coming in with a script and being told “oh sorry, we have to order that in as we have no stock, would u like us to order it in? come back in 24-48hrs and it should have arrived by then! But if u don’t want it ordered they don’t order it in at all, that’s a real great chemist - NOT! Are you kidding me? Chemists are meant to have meds in stock and not rely on people wanting or needing medication ordered. My advise to people who want to shop at this chemist, don’t wait to be really sick before seeing ur doctor because by the time this chemist actually has your meds in stock u will be 10times worse off and u will end up having to do 2 courses of antibiotics instead of 1 round!!

This is the best pharmacy in pakenham. Best staff and best stock, best advice you literally cannot go past this place for medications or injuries. Rob the owner is the Bomb. I would recommend this place to anyone except I don’t because I don’t want it to get too busy, haha.

I always go here the lady’s are amazing, have best customer service! Unfortunately the pharmacist has disappointed me, I order medication for my 3 month old we normally get it from Dandenong but this time this was closer to me ,she had a reaction to it. His response was I’m sorry we can’t give you a refund ! He could hear the baby screaming and I advised him she’s not eating and not feeling well she needs her medication but the one they pre maid from Berwick springs is giving her a reaction his advise was this is not his problem ! It’s not about him not giving me 50 back to go buy new medication it’s his lack of responsibility! In the end the medication she was given was wrong medication! Very very sad shame on you for not taking any responsibility or even trying to work out a solution
