Probably one of the best Indian restaurant if not the best. Excellent value for money. Excellent taste with a very rich flavour to the food. Accompanied by great service. Definitely recommended if you like Indian food and live near Paddington area.

Here is a Colombian person who is very picky about food. Halims is the only Indian restaurant I eat from. My favorites dishes are butter chicken and biryani...Amazing! Price is so good, the size is big (I eat a lot!) and the quality is FAR better than any other restaurant that offer "same" dishes. You always can ask how spicy you want your food (very good if you are not 100% familiar with spicy food). I give them 6/5. Good work guys.
Soooo good. Best Indian food I tried in Brisbane. Full of flavour without being hot. My place to go for delicious Indian food.
Disappointed overall but we did get take away so can not comment on the dine in experience. Ordered 3 different curries and all looked the exact same, tasted almost the same (hard to differentiate which curry was which). One was a little more tasty than the others but overall not the best indian.

To my fellow vegan friends, try Pumpkin spinach curry it was such an athentic/amazing food in a while!
Delicious food, reasonable staff, good prices. The bad: Table cloths need to be bleached, the tables are sort of half set and unbalanced, the menus are manky and the spice levels are quite low - even at hot. The good: the food is super fresh, the naan is amazing, you get a little taster while you peruse the menu, the food came out super fast and was delicious.
Have been going to Halims for more than 7 years and every time we have been there it's a fantastic experience. Yummy food, friendly staff and awesome location!
