I sent a package to my 6yr old niece via Wetherill Park Pack & Send. They actually cared whether the contents I packed were safe enough (part of their service) & spent time looking for the best secure packaging to include in the box I was sending. They were extremely helpful, customer service is one of a kind (they seemed to genuinely care) best part of the following day was the phone call from my niece screaming with excitement that it arrived (I might add - safe and intact, earlier than expected) I’ve used most couriers but this is certainly the best experience I’ve had. My sister in law said delivery person delivered with a smile and didn’t dump it downstairs outside of her building as others tend to do. Great service from start to finish and now I can not imagine using anyone else. I promise, you will not be disappointed.
