Used them to transport a purchased small artwork from exhibit to Sydney. Easy to deal with, helpful, reasonable. Excellent follow-up to courier. (Used P&S Sydney for international transport several years ago and they were marvelous)

Highly recommend this company. Communication was very good. The packaging of my framed and glassed print was excellent. I missed the courier when I went out for my 1 hour of exercise and they made sure that I received my parcel the next day.
I have only recently started using Pack n Send and the lady is always so welcoming, helpful and attentive at Tweed Heads South. The service is excellent and the delivery time is really really good. I will continue to use tthis company in the future.
Phone information of handling a fragile item & delivery date were clear. An advance price estimate was possible based on description and size of the item. I was notified when it arrived at the destination. I felt comfortable that service was the best possible.

Much better than Australia post! Great service and result. Good options for express or regular couriers and for items that are too long or heavy for the mail.
Fantastic, secure, faster than quoted, personally attentive and responsive. Five stars all round! A little more expensive than others, but none gave us the sense of security like P&S. (you get what you pay for!) We couldn't be happier!
My experience was exceptional, Liz was efficient, friendly going beyond expectation as provided a card to include as parcel was a gift. Delivery within 3 days in perfect condition . Pack n Send have my repeat business, highly recommend.
