My daughter and I were moving to Brisbane and needed out staff to be moved as well. The problem was we didn't have a place to stay and we hoped to find it within a week or two. So Pack and Send were very kind to keep our luggage in Townsville until we know our address. It took as 7 weeks instead :) and they were very patient, just occasionally touching base. They made our move so much easier! Thank you, guys, for your professionalism and understanding!

Not going to lie, I was so stressed. I had driven from Cairns to Townsville for a workshop with gear in the back of a hire car. I had to then fly from Townsville back to Brisbane. I had no idea what I was going to do. Pack & Send were amazing. I drove to the shop, they helped me get stuff out of my car (it was 4 heavy boxes and some banners). They weighed and measured everything. I didn't have to wrap, seal or label anything. Pack&Send did the whole thing. I arrived home yesterday and my parcels were there waiting for me. Only took 48 hours. So easy, great value for money, and completely eased my stress. Thank you Pack&Send I will recommend you to everyone, and will definitely use you again.
Lovely people. We have had 2 recumbent trike delivered through pack and send. We have sent a motorcycle seat through pack and send. Each time the fee was reasonable and the packing was excellent.

I had 4 boxes full of my daughters personal belongings and a 150cm boxes Christmas tree, as she is moving to Brisbane. Pack & Send collected our boxes on a Wednesday morning and they are Monday afternoon. Was so impressed with the speed on their service. Will definitely use again.
super easy to deal with, had a chat, grabbed some boxes, took them home and stuffed them picked them up at the other end of QLD on the other end of the weekend, cant recommend enough, easy way of moving those few boxes that don't fit in the car when your moving... And the Pickup was super easy too
