We have used Pack & Send Mackenzie Street a number of times, and they have always been super responsive, very helpful and the items always safely delivered. Our company have some constraints around building access for pick-up and they are always happy to accommodate. Would recommend over other couriers/delivery services.

Firstly let me state I rarely comment in such requests for customer comments. On this occasion however I must ment as the service provided by franchise owner Ben on Mackenzie St was exemplary. I am based in Singapore and urgently required prescription medication to be collected from the doctor's clinic in Melbourne, packaged and posted via courier to my residence in Singapore. All necessary paperwork to aid in the international posting was clearly informed by Ben via email. Ben's email replies were always prompt and informative. Thanks to Ben and his team for being an integral part in enabling smooth passage of my medication safely to Singapore.
