The people here could not have been more helpful, great service and really freindly staff both at the counter and the packing area. The above represents my first experience, below my second. So owners responce was "we look forward to serving you in the future". I recently sent an identicle item as my first experience packed by Pack&send Joondalup also as before. The article arrived in Melbourne smashed and ruined. When I returned to the branch in Joondalup to discuss it, it seemed to be all about that I didn't have "warranty" I think they meant "insurance". No amount of discussion could convince them that I had paid 75 to have an item packed and sent by them only to have it destroyed was unacceptable. Go figure?
Deeply suspicious about the reviews; I was quoted 66.15 for a 1.3 kg parcel to go to Victoria, Australia from Perth, WA Australia Post Express did it for 15.65- P&S price- OUTRAGEOUS!!
