Pack & Send Bibra Lake has the best customer service that I've received. They were fast and showed they really care about the issues I had, offering a great support. The parcel arrived earlier than I expected, very well packed and in perfect condition. The parcel was handled by DHL from Australia to Portugal, in a really safe way, so I didn't need to buy the parcel insurance. I got a tracking number straight away from the time I posted it in Bibra Lake office, where they helped me to pack, to find the best package, measuring it, getting the best price by weight /dimensions. Thank you all staff members, you are awesome!

This is the WORST pack send i ever come across in my whole life i paid for shipment after every other paper wok done they lied to police came to pick up phones i wanted to send to them . I later find out they were only interested in the phones coz i left in their office for few weeks . This is scam Pack Send and they are so rude my Ref AU-BBLK0392869D
I organised an engine to be collected from the sender's house in greenfields to be delivered to me in Sydney as the reciever. Chè helped me throughout the process and really put me at ease. The customer service was of a high standard and very professional. They even repacked the engine as it was not fit for transport and the charge was pretty reasonable. Overall the pack and send was the cheapest quoted and outstanding to say the least. Even Abdul the contractor was awesome, great attitude and overall good guy. Thanks for a great service!
Organised a parcel to go from Perth to Millicent in SA. Took it to Pack and Send on 27th November and just got a message from the recipient that it had arrived today 1st of December. Awesome service highly recommend.

I had tried many websites and freight agencies prior to selecting Pack and Send. Many automated quotes for service were unhelpful and when contacted directly to speak about my unique item I was advised frequently on what was not able to carried rather than what I needed to be carried. Pack and Send offered solutions without a fuss, having worked out how to do the task they politely advised me of cost and made all arrangements with the forwarder. I’ll be using Pack and Send Bibra Lake again. Thanks

Same response as Katrina Dobo below. Unprofessional and very poor customer service.I came to drop off my parcel I had paid for online and upon doing so I was told by the person serving me that I had to measure up as his measurement came to 27cm length wise. I told him I did measure up and said my measurement came to 25.5cm and I rounded it up to 26cm. I also told him I had used a ruler. He said however I paid I will be billed another 10. As Katrina Dobo has said below, it was condescending in the way they handled it. Really poor, definitely won't be using these guys again nor will I be recommending them.
