Very happy with my experience with Gerard and Pack & Send. Can easily recommend and would use them again in an instant. Had them pack and send a vintage guitar to Europe. Packing was very good, they handled the needed paperwork, pricing was lower than 'budget' alternatives and it arrived ahead of promised delivery (with tracking) and in perfect shape.
Jason and the Team at pack and send ballarat were incredibly helpful and took great care with my package. When it arrived it was in perfect condition and honestly I couldn't be happier!

I sent 3 personal items from Australia to my address in the UK. I took the items into the Ballarat office where they were dealt with great care. I was extremely happy to receive my items at my door in the UK only 2 hours after I had arrived there myself from Australia. Perfect timing!! With no duty to pay either.
