Excellent experience from the team at Pack and Send Sumner who I trusted to get my 65" boxed TV from Brisbane to Canberra. Great email communication and reasonable pricing made it a simple and pleasant transaction.
Left my laptop at home. Had it picked up from brisbane at midday on a thursday and delivered to chinchilla by 2.30 pm friday. Well protected when it arrived enclosed in about 3 inches of bubble wrap. Was cheaper than i thought it would be. Great service!
Every Pack & Send store that I've dealt with gives really responsive and good personal service, and the Sumner folks are no exception. When you're not a frequent courier customer this really matters.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Darren at Sumner Park. It was so convenient not to have to source my own packaging before taking it to them - I brought my equipment to them and they handled the safe and secure packaing, so easy and the quality worth the money. Tracking of the parcel was provided also. Will be using for all future equipment shipments!
