I can't speak of the actual parcel service yet, but this couldn't wait. Mark was the nicest person of my week and made a couple jokes, gave the info to me in a clear and concise manner and helped me out with the best options to choose from. Fabulous customer service from this Lonsdale branch. Definitely will recommend Pack & Send in the future.

I would highly recommend this place. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The items were very well wrapped, and the delivery was prompt, but not delivered too early in the morning. This was good for me, as I'm not usually an early riser! Thanks again Pack and Send!

From the start. Removal from Adelaide, very professional. I flew up to Brisbane to assist our son with a removal from Army Barracks. There was text messages when the removal would arrive. Arrival from Adelaide to Brisbane arrived within a week! The removal was seamless. As an Army wife of over 34 years. Many removals in our time with Defence.
