Really, really helpful and friendly. I was stressed with the size and weight of the folding mobility scooter I had to pack but was given such friendly, calming service. Very economical freight and insurance rates too. Given to them at 5pm on a Thursday and it was delivered in Qld at 11am on Monday. The track 'n trace facility is great and came in useful on the Wednesday afternoon when the addressee company reckoned they hadn't received it. The online track and trace facility even had the name of the person who signed for it!!!! Zing!

I have been dealing with Dianne and her husband Peter from Pack and Send Belconnen. They are the most helpful and professional freight forwarding company I have ever encountered. Dianne packed all our stuff and saved us considerable dollars. We sent our stuff from Canberra to Mexico and Dianne and Peter have been outstanding in dealing DHL Australia to try and facilitate delivery of my items which have been delayed by corrupt Mexico customs. I fully recommend that you use Pack and Send Belconnen for both commercial or personal items - they are efficient and they look after all your stuff. Also Dianne has years of experience in dealing with multiple overseas jurisdictions and the nuts and bolts of getting stuff from A to B even in this crazed Covid-19 environment.
