Hired 3 double and 2 single pack rafts for a trip in NSW. Ryan and the team were awesome - rafts arrived to us in QLD a week in advance, with encouragement to try them out earlier. Equipment in excellent condition, super hardy rafts, sturdy but still lightweight, and pack down easy to transport or for portage. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we returned the gear minus one paddle we lost off a waterfall. Will definitely be using these guys again sometime soon! Highly recommend!
Words cannot begin to describe how amazing Packraft Australia has been through the process of me buying a packraft. Dealing with Ryan and Packraft Australia was perhaps one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. They were amazing communicators, and went so above and beyond for me at every chance they could get. They included amazing little touches where they could, and made every package I received from them a joy. The whole process was very personalized and streamlined. I bought 2 Alpacka scouts with seats, and they are amazing. The brand is the best in ultralight packrafting, and the quality of the product is amazing. I highly recommend Ryan and Packraft Australia! Very impressed and very happy!
