I was very helpful to the technicians that arrived at my home. I must say that Pace Appliances have fully licensed electricians and Arctick accredited to work on my refrigeration systems. Very helpful and quite impressed, especially when there was a problem with the Fridge LED. They were quick and super efficient to resolve the issue! Cannot recommend them highly enough!
Honestly, my overall experience with Pace Appliances was really great. They installed new Fridges & Freezers (Top Mount, Bottom Mount & Side by Side), which I bought 2 day earlier. I just called them, and boom they arrived at the very last moment just before the arrival of my friends. They were careful with my appliances and performed the work in a well-timed fashion.
On time and quick service. My refrigerator had 2 issues of cooling and lighting. The repairman called before arriving and came on time. The problem was solved quickly and also got advised on its maintenance.

Really impressed with this companies service. They showed up on time and and repaired my LG refrigerator quickly and efficiently. They also replaced the blown light bulbs which I didn’t even ask them too and didn’t charge me for the bulbs. They also had mobile eftpos facilities so I could use my credit card for payment. I’ll definitely be using them for all future issues with my appliances.
Wow what a professional and knowledgeable technician.He walked in and knew exactly where to look for the fault in my Samsung fridge.I rang other repairers and couldn’t get anyone to give me a idea of cost to fix. This business gave me a approximate cost over the phone and then fixed it cheaper than they quoted. I highly recommend this business
