We recently had dealings with this company, where the director had abused staff in our office, because he didn't receive an email (which was actually sent). After the way he abused our female staff, we decided that we weren't a good fit for this type of company as we want our staff to feel safe and comfortable with all of our clients. There is no decency, respect or efficient communication when dealing with this company. They lack basic customer service skills, and use intimidation to get what they want. Steer clear of the worst builders in Australia.
