They cancelled our private lesson for 2 at the last minute with no explanation as to why - we were already on our way to the sailing club! On top of that, I was told that we could do a 12pm lesson instead. When initially booking however, I had asked for an afternoon lesson, and was told that nothing after 10am was available. We shuffled all of our existing plans in order to do the 10am lesson. The person who called me then asked if I could reshuffle my plans again so that we could do the 12pm lesson. Thankfully, was eventually refunded the cost of the private lessons.

Amazingggggg tour! It definitely exceeded my expectations. And Sophie is the funniest and most bubbly guide you'll ever meet. I definitely recommend it. She explain everything in great detail and took various pictures of us. Very satisfied with my purchase its a must do if you're in Sydney.
I Had SO much fun doing this!! The staff made my first time a total blast. Great sense of humor, they had us laughing the entire time.. we're super professional as well; i learned enough to convince me to try surfing so it was all around the best experience I could have hoped for- definitely check them out!!
Terrible customer service. I have called, messaged and contacted through website numerous times and no one ever got back to me. Maybe they’ve shut down, I would find somewhere else more reliable.
Takes a while to respond to messages. Then cancelled the lesson at the last minute and didn't bother to respond to any texts or calls to reschedule. Went to another group and they charged 40 instead of 110 for same lesson for two without any of the hassle.
Great place to learn how to paddle board. It's very relaxed and the teachers teach you by telling you to hop on and paddle as the best way to learn is to just go for it. You can rent the boards from 1 hour to a whole day. If you're game SUP all the way to Vaucluse beaches and have a picnic.
So close to the city, great guys, flexible - and have a variety of paddleboards & kayaks. It's great to have this facility so close to the city and perfect for people to pop in on an unexpectedly nice weather day- and be catered for immediately. I'm a big fan!
The best stand-up paddle company in SYDNEY hands down Dave (belly) bell is a living ledgend and is a master instructor! If you want to try SUP , GO HERE!!!!
