First time hiring a boat and I could not be happier with the service, hired a boat Christmas Day and Alex took time away from his family to come meet me and the customer service was amazing, explained everything I needed to know and made me feel comfortable using a boat that I had not used before, and the follow up customer service was also amazing, touching base with me after we parted ways to ensure the experience was perfect.
