The radiographers were great! However the receptionists seemed to consistently miss the scans that were required.

I've been here a few times and never had any issues. It's clear they took the feedback about reception seriously as everyone was friendly and professional.

Always on time. Been there 10 plus times for scans. Everyone is very nice.

Pathetic experience. My wife needed a nuchal screening assessment and because we we did not have the available referral. We requested the GP to fax it over but the staff at qdi refused to peform the scan regardless. Im a doctor and this is unacceptable behaviour for a medical centre. I would never recimmend any patient come here.

I forgot my referral for an ultrasound cortisone injection. They called my GP twice to get a referal and get me in. Nearly burst into tears thinking about the pain whilst waiting for a new appointment! Thanks Lydia and Linda.

They should have changed receptionists. Sonographers were lovely but took ages to get it done. Overall I won’t come back again.

What's the point of having an appointment if you don't get taken in at that time anyway??? Reception could at least let you know when they arrive that they are running minimum half hour behind.

My brothers been having chest pains and the doctor he’s seen referred him to a radiologist, for a scan and they couldn’t fit him in for a scan till late in the afternoon so I called around for my brother to have an urgent scan as requested by the doctor, a CTPA and this place had told my brother that they can’t fit him in as well as they have other appointments, that he’s better off going in to emergency. What kind of work ethics is that? Fortunately I found I-MED and they were stunned to have heard that he was turned away not twice but three times, this place being the second and their other branch in Springfield being the third. Luckily for IMED in Forrest Lake, they told him to come in ASAP for a scan, and we had found out within the hour that he had Pneumonia. Don’t risk your life... they don’t care. What kind of receptionist doesn’t ask questions to find out more info even after mentioning that hes had chest pains and that on the form it says *urgent need results, they couldn’t care less. If you’re not even willing to help people or even try and find out more info as a receptionist, why are they even working there? 0 stars if I could.
