Had a great experience today, around 9.45am. Both receptionists were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Another patient came in at the same time and was equally well attended to. After reading a previous comment, I was surprised by the negativity. Sometimes patients are nervous when coming for a procedure, and having the receptionist have a small chat can relax the patient and make them feel more comfortable. I would have to say the professionalism shown this morning was of a high standard.

Was calling for about 30 minutes to ask if I can come in to do a radiology test but no one answered the phone then I came in and both women at the reception were busy at the phone. After 10 minutes waiting one of them (very rude) told me they are full booked today and can’t book another appointment in a different place. Wasn’t expected such a bad customer service.

Today (22/9) I went to this clinic to get a CT scan done. The appointment was at 1:00pm. During the booking I was asked to be there at 12:50pm (which I did). The receptionist was having a personal chat with a customer (possibly known to her). Nothing against that (I need to mention that there were only 2 customers there - me and the other lady who was talking to the receptionist) The conversation took long and I took a seat. Around 1:00pm, the receptionist was free but she didn't take any effort to talk to me or ask me whether she can help me (which is the normal process, I assume). Actually the customer apologised saying that sorry to keep me waiting (due to her chat with the receptionist). I have been to this clinic about an year back and my experience (with the reception and clinic personal) was very positive (see below my review posted at that time). "I went for a Ultrasound last week to Exact Radiology, Oxley. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the Sonographer who did the ultrasound was very efficient, thorough and friendly."

Quick, efficient and friendly reception. The woman performing my Ultrasound scans however, was rude, abrupt and overall lacking in any kindness, warmth or bedside manner... I haven’t come across someone this sour in a long time so it was a bit of a shock really. I understand they must have busy days and have a lot of people to get through, but rudeness is not necessary in performing a job efficiently.

Worst clinic. I booked over the phone, when I got to the clinic in Oxley for my 1030 appointment, my name wasn't there. They squeezed me in at 12nn, then the power went down. Jesus christ.
