Really disappointed with this venue. I went to see a show however did not have a smart phone with me and was unable to sign in for COVID contact tracing, I was more then happy to comply with their conditions and contact tracing however they do not provide any alternative to sign in and refused me entry to a show I paid 30 for. Every other venue I have been to provides and alternative option to sign in that doesn't involve your own device and I think its disgusting that OAF didn't provide an alternative for people who cant afford a smart phone. There was also another woman behind me who did not have data to sign in and she was told the venue didn't have wifi she could use to sign in. I think making a venue inaccessible to patrons who are willing to comply and who have paid money is disgusting. Just to clarify I was more then willing to comply with COVID regulations.
