I have had my Shih Tzu Tinka groomed at Oxenford twice now and i am so happy with the service. The girls are amazing and always happy and Tinka looks great. I nearly gave up on petbarn grooming after several bad experiences at Coomera store but the girls at Oxenford are fantastic and i will be going back again and again.

I adopted a cat a few years ago with this store. And it was the best decision of my life. I’m glad I got to have a special connection like this from adopting. Staff were lovely aswell.
Great customer service. A little unhappy at the quality of the cricket's for my lizards most on the shelf were dead and I was told its all good they can eat dead ones. I buy live ones for a reason. But otherwise the shop itself is pretty good
We love the groomers are so lovely & we recently had our short haired Chihuahua clipped and he looks so good & is so much happier in this terrible heat! Also even though he is short haired he loses so much fur, but now it is almost non existent Thnx you Petbard
Staff are happy and helpful when it comes to the products they sell high recommended this store
Always friendly and helpful. Quite knowledgeable too, asked about dietary things for my dogs and they seemed very well informed.
They have a great range but pet treats and food very pricy
