It was okay it was a great park but the staff unfortunately went the best trained. It takes more than half an hour to have one ride. so in one hour you get two rides if you’re lucky. Sometimes there are only two or three people on the lake when they could had up to 6. I was disappointed in this and I don’t think we will come there again. When we got there and we went to pick up our gear there was no one there to help us which I was very surprised that for the money that you are paying. There was a sign saying you want to pick but there should be someone there when you pay 40 bucks an hour. It wasn’t overly crowded so to wait more than half an hour to get one ride is a bit of a joke. And it’s only because of the operator. Whether they try and slow you down to make you pay for more but unfortunately because of this we would never go again.

It was fun. A little maintenance wouldn't go astray. Handles broken or missing. Fresh water is great except for the moss. Just over look these, and we still had a great time.
Brilliant place well organised
**LOVE THIS PLACE** For a larger family, we paid for 4 to get the 5th child free when you select paying for group admission which I thought was fantastic. So much fun, ample parking and plenty of tables and chairs. Will definitely be coming back.
Booked a 2 hr session at 4 pm. Upon arrival, the staff said that the park close at 5pm, when we requested for a refund, she said the website clearly stated that the park closed at 5 and made it sounded like it was our fault. Common sense says if the park closed at 5 why would your website allow 2 hr bookings at 4? Eventually after wasting a lot of our time, they gave us a refund. Rest of the staff was nice but the front Customer service definitely ruined the experience.
It was an amazing experience all members of staff were super nice and helped us to get as much out of our visit as possible. Especially Sara's care and patience was very much appreciated.
Had a blast at the aqua park. Friendly service at front counter and a rat bag lifeguard that all the kids loved. Awesome experience.
Edited review: Excellent staff, super friendly, great bar and food and great park with obstacles and free instruction when you are new. I attended at a time when they were having school groups, which is an anomolay. Very happy, and have recently bought a season pass Old review: Don't bother in summer or on weekends. There's always a school bus full of people and a line up of 15-30 mins. Staff are friendly, facilities good, but when you drive all the way out there to pay 50 a ride it's not worth it
