Around 14 months ago i purchsed an oztrail 450 tourer insant up tent, originally went to the store to purcase a colman of similare size, your sales person kept hammering the oztrail, i got the product home and found out why , one of the corner peg retaining strapes did not have the stitching in it to retain the stap for the outer fly, when i contacted you via email i was assured you would sort it, however everday after it was a new person asking tha same questions over and over when i finally located the receipt you stoped all comunication. NEVER EVER RESOLVED\u003e\u003e\u003e and the tent had ongoing issues and eventually gave up on it !!!! Thanks for nothing.. Will now take this up with oztrail.

Great service and friendly staff to deal with!! My order was online but due to having to go away before my swag arrived and I didn’t have tracking.. I called them up and they helped me out got me the tracking number for me to see where it was at so my mum could collect it when in town... I was little worried after reading some other reviews before calling but got great service and very helpful.. highly recommended!!!

Fantastic store to pick up all camping needs, and fishing equipment. Good price on refilling gas bottles and swap and go gas bottles too. Real good helpful staff. Good shop to check out.
