Great service, great coffee. They were extremely helpful on the phone as I had only just bought my guest espresso machine. They delivered my coffee with a bag of delicious hot chocolate. What a treat!

We have been enjoying Ottimo's Urban blend beans for about 6 months. We have an expresso machine, the blend is even and strong, the perfect strength. The customer service is impeccable, staff are helpful, delivery is very prompt. If anyone has enjoyed coffee at the Common Room, Caulfield North, you have enjoyed Urband blend.
