My husband and I bought a new golf(2020) on May 7th this year. When we went for pick up our new car, we found a scratch on the car side door and few marks inside and outside. It was very shocking. After talking to his manager, The salesman promised we'd have everything repaired next week, and we trusted him without doubt. However, five months have passed, but no contact, no repairs have been made, and no reply to our e-mail. We are truly amazed at this worst service and will never use this company again.

Very worst customer service, my car was in the service and I keep chasing to called and checked when my car is ready to pick up, no phone call back from them, keep me waiting. I also Sent email without any respond. When I came and pick up me car and I start the engine but it didn’t work, the battery was flat. Who can they deliver the car to customer without working? They did not check before handing the car back to customer. And it was cost me 5,600 to fixed the car and yes I still receiving a very bad customer service.

Service Centre : Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. On hold for ages, no status updates, no returned calls, continual excuses and delays. Two weeks later, finally get an SMS to say the car was ready, so I walked there in midday heat (My stupidity that one), "happily" paid the bill, was told to wait outside for the car. 10-15 minutes later staff come out to say car isn't ready, walked back to my office empty handed to let off steam.
