These guys charge tooth and nail for dismal technical support. These guys don't wanna know you after making a sale. Pretentious, rude, lazy, very disappointing.. I should have taken my business to the other computer store literally 5mins away! Honestly, look elsewhere! RESPONSE: You didn't even bother to put my name on the Tax Invoice! For my service inquiry, I gave the name "Trev" along with my phone number.. Regardless, my profile pic should be sufficient.. Your attempt to discredit my review is abhorrent. Next time, I'll be sure to take my business to your local competitor who have so far been phenomenal.
Got NTEX iTX case and Asus B550i itx from PLE and all other parts from Netplus. Andy is very helpful and help me to order AMD pro VGA card for this mini working station. Final product is great
Recently had these guys do a full system build for me. Great experience in general, they were more than happy to answer any questions or request that I had during the build process. Fast and efficient. Give these guys a go before heading to PLE.
These guys hardly carry any stock. There “ready to go PC” are NOT ready to go. I was advised that they require 10 working days to order parts. The computers themselves appear to be of poor quality. The cases looked like they were from 1995. My son advised me that the quoted NVIDIA GT 710 video card is outdated and that Intel’s onboard video would be far superior in terms of performance (which is free), so I don’t understand why they’re quoting an additional 100 for an outdate piece of hardware which is garbage in comparison to inbuilt onboard video.. Also, the technician was dismissive when I requested advice in updating Windows 7 to 10. He repeatedly insisted I book in my PC. He was condescending and extremely arrogant. This shop looks like at 1990s radio shack. Looking for PC parts and/or repair services? Go to PLE or Austins. This place is a joke.
