I must admit that Strata Focus is a waist of time. We were with them longer than we should have. Fortunately they decided not to renew our contract. That was great news it saved us firing them.

Let me be clear. This is the most useless strata management company in Perth. They do nothing to address my concerns as a strata unit owner. I am paying strata fees and coming home from FIFO duties to weeds higher than my letter box and neighbours building sheds using my house as dynabolt peg board. Do you think I ever get a reply when emailing strata focus. No way on this planet. I would not give these jokers my nephews cubby house to manage. Avoid this company!

PLUS ADD, REPEATED LOST CORRESPONDENCES, LATE REPLIES, "NO" REPLIES, MISINFORMATION AND MORE.... I WHOLEHEARTEDLY CONCUR WITH ALL THE OTHER EARLIER REVIEWS I HAVE READ TODAY & WOULD GIVE ZERO/ NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD HERE !! HOW THIS WOMAN IS STILL IN BUSINESS DEFIES BELIEF???
The most unresponsive, unprofessional strata management company I have dealt with. Glad to not have to deal with them anymore. Definitely avoid if you expect anything to get done (or even an email replied to/phone answered).
The worst strata company I have ever come across. They never answer or return phone call. The leak reported to them a month ago still wasn't attended to. Would give them 0 stars if had an option.
Terrible experience...Impossible to contact! I am an unit owner who called and emailed them multiple times over 6 months and never got a response. Left my name and number over a dozen times, the property manager Karen could not be bothered to return my calls or emails even once! Even their "emergency line" is never answered. Worst experience. Highly unprofessional.

Absolutely appalling service from this Strata Company. Karen, the Strata Manager does not follow up and lacks the competence to be a proactive efficient Strata Manager. Does not care about the people on any Strata Plan and makes everyone do her job for her. Absolutely disgusted in her service. Think again before considering this company to manage your Strata.
