Our broken shower screen hinge was proving difficult to replace. Outdated model etc. Enter Mr Windows. From our very first phone call, to the final face to face conversation, Craig was immensely patient and knowledgable. As a result of Craig’s guidance , my husband was able to repair our glass shower door in a couple of hours, saving us a good deal of money. It is heartening to see that good old fashioned service is well and truly alive. We drove 35 minutes to Mr Windows and it was well worth it. Thanks so much Craig!

After trying multiple outlets, was given their card and once I contracted them my quest for replacement aluminum slider handles was successful. Great communication from Helen and very easy ordering.

After searching everywhere for a lock for an old sliding door Mr Windows was suggested and after just one email to them attaching the photo of our lock they identified the part that we needed and quickly posted it to us. Such fast and efficient customer service from the team. Thanks again!

Best on the coast! I had been looking for replacement parts for my shower, rollers etc were all broken. I had tried for 3 weeks through various com panies and as usual bought parts I don't and will never need! I eventually found Mr Windows! Everything became clear I had a great chat with the wonderful Heather and Helen and we pretty quickly found the parts I needed. As a courtesy she followed up with an email just to reconfirm the parts were correct. I had a great chat with a very helpful and funny lady, got the parts I I highly recommend the team at Mr Windows, nothing was too much trouble and I had fun.needed and had a really great experience.
