I purchased a mattress today from the Mackay Store and was given a very friendly welcome from Karen and Chris. They were very courteous and even though I already knew what I wanted they still gave exceptional customer service. Well done OMF for hiring the right people for the job. If you are looking for a bed or mattress go to the Mackay store! Not hard sell, just genuine service. Thank you!

I went in to the OMF store just browsing. Didn’t go in to purchase, but browsing as my partner and I are building a house. Kaye and Chris were exceptional. They gave us amazing service and had the most joyous and positive attitudes. They gave us all the information needed and let us know about the payment plans which will be handy when we are closer to purchasing. Phenomenal service and super comfy beds. I will be back in a few months to purchase.

Went to OMF needed a new mattress, Karen was fantastic explaining the difference & what the difference was....we absolutely love our matyress..I've gone from 5hrs sleep waking with sore everything to sleeping sleeping sleeping...thank you Karen.. highly recommend going in & talking to her... P.s. get yourself a cooling pillow amazing in our weather...
