Pretty well stocked organic shop. The pleasant staff were efficient and kind to our children. There were a number of menu items that were unavailable the day we visited "because of the recent long weekend". They also still had signs out declaring a 10% holiday surcharge, even though at that point it was just a regular weekday.

Don’t support this business, the owner literally robbed an innocent lady took her money and gave her a massive freezer that doesn’t even work and needs over a thousand dollars worth of parts replaced. Dodgy and rude
We ordered a fruit and veg box on Tuesday night at 7:43pm. I was disappointed with the tomato paste of 200g out of stock replaced with 100g of tomato paste instead of two 100g tomato paste jars and could of paid a bit more to cover the cost with a phone call. We expected our delivery to be delivered to our home between 3pm and 6pm. It arrived after 8pm. My husband ended up going to bed hungry and angry. I think it is time to have a word with the delivery drivers because that is appallingly ridiculous. We will not be ordering for delivery drop-off again anytime soon. Back in 2016 when I was ordering boxes of food for delivery the service to Rutherford was great. This time, in East Maitland? It is not very reliable. Coles and Woolworths do much better than this with stepping up to demand with notifications. Sorry, but delivery needs improving.

Just perfect. Something to suit every dietary requirement. Calm and peaceful location. I borrowed a crocheted blanket for my knees so I could sit outside on a chilly morning.

Lovely staff, great vegan options. Outdoor and indoor seating options. Great place to catch up with friends or work from a laptop. Then do some grocery shopping.
Had a delicious Barra with sweet potato wedges, along with a nice purple beetroot mix juice. A nice place for lunch.
