I had several options in mind (eg sell, renovate the existing house, subdivide the block etc) and Chris took the time to put together several proposals and emailed a very thorough report on his suggestions regarding each proposal. I personally want to thank Lyndee for her help; she responded to my telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally. We have struggled to rent a property in Orange as we have two small dogs. Out of all the estate agents Lyndee was solution focused making suitable suggestions and recommendations; she was understanding and patient. Moving is very stressful and trying to move with pets is even worse, but when you work with good estate agents that stress is mitigated.
