I cant speak more highly of Ray,Matt, and Mick and the rest of the team. They genuinely care about the sport and are a REAL family business. I have had a fair bit to do with bullets and bits right back to when Ray was running it on the highway years ago and have always found them to be honest and genuine and willing to put themselves out to make sure that I was happy. I have dealt with a lot of gun shops over the years and this is one of the best

A totally incompetent and thoroughly useless customer service culture abounds in this excuse for a business. A rifle was entrusted to them for shipping interstate, the rifle was in their possession for 4 weeks, it was only when the seller inquired about it that the store management revealed that the rifle had not been shipped. The store management blamed casual staff and offered no apology. Do not trust your firearms to these impostors or give any business to them.
