I recently purchased the most beautiful Audi Q5 in the new District Green. I purchased this whilst on holiday in Orange. What a fabulous experience, the straightforward, honest and unobtrusive approach of the team AJ, Marty and Alysia was truly refreshing. The price was competitive, they got the car to Sydney for me and it was an incredibly smooth and stress free process. I'm converted - Audi Centre Orange I will be back!

Only Giving One star because you cant give one. Have had many problems with my Audi. Today, took it in with a loss of power and massive shudder problem. Received a call 45 mins later advising me it was the spark plugs and at a cost of 570 to replace it would fix the problem. Although I knew this was massively overpriced, I gave the go ahead for this work. I then received a call to say my vehicle was ready for collection. When I arrived they advised me that the spark plugs had not fixed the problem and that I infact need a new engine. Despite my car being in no better condition (and In fact when I got home I found it to be in worse condition) I was still expected to pay the 570. I do not understand why this is the case. If you provide a diagnosis and a bill, this diagnosis and bill should fix the problem. In this case, it did not and I believe that you have actually caused further damage to my car. I will be taking this further with Audi Australia and advise everyone to take a wide berth around Audi Centre Orange.
