The staff here are excellent, you might get the misconception that they are not professional, reason in my opinion is clear, but never judge a book by the its cover. I got well looked after even though i also mis-interpreted the sincerity of their conduct. Very happy and be assured they will do right by you.

0 Rate , I had a Very bad experience unprofessional staff they gave me number to call the manager to make complaint he never answered and left my details he never returned my call. they are a private franchise. Very expensive prices no display prices on the accessories. I will never go back again they don’t care about their customer satisfaction at all. Very unhappy with their poor service.

Earlier in the year I was talked into buying a screen protector for my samsung s9 which cost 60 at the time and came with a 2 year replacement warranty. It cracked simply by pressing the side buttons of the phone. I got it promptly replaced. Again, the same issue occurred with the second screen protector days later. I let it go for some months before I returned to claim a replacement and after waiting for over an hour and a half I was told that despite me having spent a ridiculous amount of money on a screen protector, that is obviously flawed, Optus will only replace it once. They sold me a terrible product and they never told me about the 'singular replacement' condition when I purchased it. They told me I had a replacement warranty for 2 years. After speaking with the manager, who was very nice, he agreed to replace it. He asked the young lady to conduct the replacement but she refused her boss, publicly. I have never seen an employee disrespect their boss in front of a customer before. It was appalling. Not only did she disrespect her boss, she blamed the cracking of the screen protector on my "poor quality phone case" which was again, another Optus product, sold to me in that Optus store. Unprofessional is an understatement.
