Tried calling this store many times today to discuss about my plan but its either they’re not answering, answers the call but no one is speaking to you or answers the call but ending it after 1 second. No joke. What kind of customer service is this?

Optus is an absolute JOKE! I have been trying for months to fix my post-paid plan with them and they have been super unhelpful. I call their online service to be referred to one of their local stores, only to be referred to their ONLINE SERVICES. It was just a vicious circle of incompetence and terrible service. I'm currently trying to cancel my plan to move to a difference service provider, which is still an run around. I've been hold to optus customer serivce number for 1HR so far.

I went into the store to move my phone plan across, the phone colour I wanted wasn't in stock, they said they had white instead, not my preferred option but I took it. Got home realised it wan't white but silver. The phone is still wrapped in it's plastic. I called them the next day to take it back but they refused. I called head office, they tried to help but couldn't because the store is a franchise. They said this can be done no problems. The store told lies to head office saying it was opened, but I sent a photo of it still in plastic! Recommend going through head office because they will try to resolve your problems. The manager was extremely rude, unhelpful and continually told lies. At one point compared exchanging a phone (with the box still wrapped in plastic) to wanting to exchange a car after driving away! Stay away from this store!
The service was not good at all. I went there to talk about a problem in my charger for 3 times. In first times they did not even know how to deal with the problem. Then at the final time they made me for long time in call and said they cannot do anything about it but when i contacted apple they just simply gave me a replacement of my charger. The service was really upsetting. Never going go back there again. Better to take online services.
