We organised to pick up a phone in my name with all paperwork in my name was told not a problem but when we go to pick it told now I had to be there witch is impossible with work hours the staff member was very rude and refused to transfer the data from one phone to the other and the flip phone cover thats paid for did not arrive, been going to that store for 4yrs but no more
