Very bad experience with them. Extremely disappointed. I have booked a eye test with them I have not been informed anything that I have to pay for the test. After the test I have been told to pay 109 and been told that I would get the full refund from Medicare, but I didn't get the full refund. When I called them and tried to ask them the lady(Mitchell) was very rude and said talk to Medicare about that. When I said nobody has told me before the test, she said I can't do anything if nobody told you and I don't have time to talk to you and she hung up on me. Never expected and experienced such a bad behavior from the staff. Really very upset and would never recommend anyone.
Nick , Gloria and their dynamic team have always looked after myself and my family 100% making sure all aspects of our eye health is investigated. We come a long way to visit their practice and we would not consider going anywhere else. Thanks guys for your wonderful services.
Great experience! The team at Optometrist Parramatta take care of all your needs. Nick is a very experienced optometrist who conducts a very thorough examination; I feel I can completely trust the care of my eyes to him. The support team are amazing, always so friendly and make you feel so welcome. Gloria is also wonderful at helping you pick frames or sunglasses that look great for your face type!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care and glasses/sunglasses!
