This was my first time buying products from the US and I had no clue how it worked. After some online research, I contacted a few brokers with good reviews via their webpages. While the others either ignored my query or responded me 4 days later, William called me the very next day. I was explained in details the whole process and the fees. After the phone conversation I felt much more confident about the importation. I put William in contact with the Australian agent of the freight forwarder and William simply took it over from there. All I did was sign a couple of forms. My cargo was custom clear before it even arrived at Sydney port! During the whole time I felt that I was kept updated, respected and cared for. As to the fees, it’s very reasonable (or may I say cheap?) and there were no hidden charges! I’m glad I chose William’s service and I somehow feel obligated to share my very positive experience in dealing with William and Online Customs Brokers. A good company like this deserves more praise! Highly recommended!!!
