Andy my Project Manager is friendly, courteous and provides a personal service throughout the job, I always receive clear communication and transparency. Nothing has been too much trouble. Good Management for a major balcony renovation is very important to me as i reside in W.A. for which I appreciate.

We had a significant water leak issue in our en-suite, which required complete stripping out and replacement including structural support beams. Cris and the Team at One Stop Renovate were engaged to complete the works, and during this process they pro-actively put forward creative ideas to both problem solve and achieve the best visual and practical use outcomes. OneStop have done excellent work undertaking full bathroom, laundry and kitchen renovations on two Melbourne properties, as well as exterior work on a weatherboard property. Residing overseas has not been an issue as OneStop are excellent communicators before, during and after a project, keeping one informed on issues and progress. Thoroughly recommended.

I engaged OneStop Trade to refurbish my 2 bedroom apartment. This was previously an investment property and I required it to be refurbished as it was going to become my residence.
