My husband and I had a private lesson with Tim and it was awesome! He was extremely helpful in explaining the principles of surfing, but didn't over complicate it for someone who's never surfed before. He guided us to catch the right waves, and then within a few attempts we were able to catch a wave on our own. Super encouraging and gave us feedback when we needed it. Thanks Tim! We'll be back

This was so amazing experience for us. We came from Japan and visit Port Stephens for vacation. I tried SUPing at beautiful bay with my wife and 2 daughters(10 and 7). Instructor was so friendly and nice, so my daughters were having so much fun in the water. You will be fascinated to see blue sky, clear water and amazing view. We will definitely try again when we visit to Port Stephens. Arigato.

I had group lessons with my family. It was a great experience, despite many of us having never surfed, and thus, being scared of the idea, Quentin took it at a comfortable pace for everyone and most managed to stand up by the end of the lesson. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn how to surf at Port Stephens (One Mile Beach has some nice waves)!

Great experience for my 6, 7 and 8 year old. Were up surfing within 10mins of being in the water. Great fun and well ran surf school.

Very good! We had a private lesson for the two of us. A bit pricey, but after the lesson both of us managed to get up the board and surf. That’s what counts! We had a lot of fun and the trainer was very nice, too.

Best surf school in Australia and if not the world. The instructors are very kind, friendly and professional. These guys really gave my family and I the best experience we have ever had. You do not need to bring anything with you, just yourself! They provide you with board, , uv-shirt, water ect and high quality good times!! I highly recommend taking your next surf lessons with these guys wether you are a beginner or advanced surfer. Thanks for the amazing time guys :) xx

I’ve had two private lessons, my first one much better than the second one. It’s a pity that I couldn’t repeat with the same coach that I’ve had my first day on my second day. They’ve also changed my lesson time twice, which was a little bit disappointing, the good part is that the second day I could stay for a while by my self after the lesson. I think 120 dollars for a private lesson that is only 1 hour is way to much, and if you have almost no feed back like in my second lesson, then it’s definitely upsetting. I’ve done a few lessons in different parts of the Queensland coast and New South Wales and this has been the most expensive by far. And I’m sorry to say that wasn’t the best.
