Knowing Vanessa now for a few years and her passion for creating a special space to exercise - in and out- One Body Studio really has it all. What a great space to work out and what a warm space that calms already the mind as you enter the pilates room. I loved the reformer class and am highly recommending this very different gym as it is warm and personable and professional.

Absolutely love this place. I purchased the trial pack of 5 classes for 99 and I’m about to join up as a full member. Love the balance of the Yin and Yang. A ‘studio’ is the perfect way to describe it as it has the almost sacred and peaceful zone for yoga and Pilates then the more hardcore ‘gym’ type area. I’ve never seen anything like it. The people are absolutely lovely and after my first class, the owner, instructor and another lady all introduced themselves and spent a. It of time chatting which made me feel really welcome. I feel like I’ve joined a lovely community and can’t wait to go back!

This is the best gym concept ever! The space is so beautiful and calming with the option to hit high intensity if you prefer. It is unlike any other gym and it feels more like a treat for myself than a workout. It is classy, not like those other gym franchises and the trainers give amazing personal attention. I am so glad it has re-opened and can't wait for my next visit!
