My overall experience dealing with this store has been a pleasure. I had called the store to source a very specific part for my Omega watch. Not only was my request taken promptly (I was given a response that the part was instock within minutes) but the Sales Associate, Christian knew about the item and also was able to assure me it would actually fit the watch. I was kept up to date and informed with all aspects of the transaction and the part arrive on time. Great Job!
