Although my purchase was online, it felt like a boutique shopping experience. Carl was extremely helpful regarding the purchase and provided shipping updates. The bag itself is just beautiful. You can tell it has been carefully hand crafted and will last many years. I was also drawn to the fact that the leather is sourced from cow hide that would have otherwise been discarded rather than an animal dying to make the bag. This to me is an ethical bonus.
